RPM Receivables Performance Managment ,Completely unethical and illegal business practices Bothell Washington

I just got an iPhone as a gift - I immediately activated it and Sprint, without my permission, canceled my account and forwarded the $200 cancellation fee it to RPM. (Another complaint altogether) After receiving several unsolicited calls at my office, my anger and frustration perpetually increased over a short time for this company. I have now told three different representatives to remove my office number from their system, to which they all gave me the same pathetic excuse time after time - "Sorry, sir, the person before you made a mistake and removed the other number we have on file." - yet they STILL also call my cell phone! When asked to explain this 'phenomena' she quickly stumbled and changed the subject... "uhhh.. sir..." Whatever. I'll just pay them when I'm ready...

Then today, again, the same scenario unfolded, and I snapped. Linda, who changed her name to Dianne when I asked to confirm, (heh) refused to transfer me to a manager and said his line was disconnected... She also refused to give me a name, direct number, or even an extension number of ANY sort of supervisor. (Mind you - I've left several messages for a call back from an Adante - a name I got from the very first, somewhat polite phone call.) I said, "OK. What's the name of the government representative or agency RPM reports to." --- To my knowledge any company is required by law to give this information. "We don't report to anyone other than the President of the company." She tells me... Yeah.... sure.... As if I've never heard of State Attorney Generals or the BBB - not to mention any agency I'm not YET aware of.

I'm a programmer - well paid to memorize and understand logic - and this company, and no one that works there (except maybe the greedy and evil B.O.D.) has got any sense of it. This company is bad news. I ended up making Sprint to take my full payment.
