 I bought a dollar bill changer from RPMVending back in January, 2012. ever since we received it the door kept falling off, the insides to the machines kept breaking and coming apart. We called the company time after time and they would never call us back. Finally I emailed them threating to get legal services, then they emailed me back. Told me to box up the unit and send it back. I did on February, 2012, they received the item, then and the B*LLS to call us up and wanted to know where the original box was, the REPAIRMAN called I was very RUDE, we finally had to hang up on him. Then I received a email with the credit going back to my ebay account, which I never paid thru ebay. To this date March 20, 2012 I have not received my credit. On the last email from RPM Vending it said DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL US AGAIN. Do not buy anything from this company.

This is Julie and after I have read the response from RPM Vending, I just wanted to correct some of the remarks. We tried to fix this machine from day one, and my Husband is very mechanical when it comes to fixing things. He tried to fix it without calling the company, but when the door fell off the hinges and the plunger kept braking, we finally decided to call the company, and yes they did send us the parts, which DID NOT fix the problem. When I was ordering this unit time after time when I called they answered it immediately, but when I had problems with the dollar bill changer, time after time I left messages which were never returned. (THAT IS WHAT REALLY MADE US MAD). And no I did not have the original box, I put all the parts that they sent us in the unit and sent it back, yes I did forget to send the second key, but offered to send it when the RUDE repairman called. He first started out wanting the original box (give me a break) I tried SEVERAL times to explain to him that I did not have the original box, and yes my husband did get on the phone and ALSO could get nowhere with him. Before I hung up he had the nerve to ask for my ID to my ebay account, which I thought was way out of line, I then hung up on him. Then all I received was emails from this company, which stated DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL US AGAIN. Oh and also how do you secure the dollar bill machine without drilling holes in the side of it to attach it to a machine, just let $125 worth of quarters, just sitting on the table. Will NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Good Luck to who does.

On January 11, 2012 Julie Watson Independence, KS 67301 called our company on the phone to order a VM-010 $1 & $5 Tube Load Dollar Bill Changer. She gave us her credit card information directly to have us process her order through our Merchant Car processor Paypal.

She asked to receive it quickly and to and to have it set up for Quarters only vend , so we shipped directly from our company. We inspected the changer and removed the nickel tube from the sensor quarter tube to have the tubes set for Quarter only vend per her request.

On February 12, 2012 we received an email and call requesting a return. We have a 14 day return policy with a 5% restocking fee.  The Factory Technicians had been in contact with Julie Watson as is our company policy for this machine. The VM-010 Bill Changer is backed by 1 year factory support for factory defects. The factory technicians had been in contact with Julie Watson and had sent parts as follows;

On February 14, 2012 we received another email stating Julie Watson was still unable to work with her machine. A technician from our company tried reaching her by phone and was placed on the phone with Julie Watson's husband Dan Watson who was unintelligible as all he could communicate was every unlisted cuss word in the dictionary.

We agreed to refund the bill changer as there was no intelligent way to communicate with Julie or Dan Watson. We asked them to return the Bill Changer on February 16, 2012 in it's original box along with all the keys and parts sent to them. This is standard for any electronic devise.

Julie Watson did not ship the changer out until almost 2 weeks later.40 days since she had received it on January 18, 2012.

We received the changer back in another box with the changer broken, missing parts and a key. The case had been drilled and the inside of the changer was completely twisted, ripped apart , several parts missing and damaged. This was obviously not a factory defect.

Our company still completely refunded Julie Watson her entire Visa Credit Card payment of $380.00 on March 9, 2012 as follows;
Mar 9, 2012 Refund Completed ...-$380.00 
Julie Watson is confused. We did not refund from our ebay account. She did not purchase it on our ebay store. However our Merchant Card Services are set up through Paypal Pro Website. 

A retail store would never have refunded this unit in it's state of destruction, missing parts, missing key and no original packaging. 

Our company has been selling on Ebay for 10 years and have a 100% Feedback rating
We have sold this same Bill Changer and have never experienced a rude customer of this caliber.
