RPS Worldwide Anthony Pellino Collection Agency that ends up collecting from you Orlando Florida

I contacted RPS Worldwide because a tenant owed 5 months of back rent in a commercial property then left, abandaning all effort to make payments as promised. I spoke to Anthony, who claimed to be the manager, who promised he could help, this would be an easy case and would cost me nothing except a percentage of what they collected. I had spoken to other agencies and this was standard operating procedure for most of them so I decided to use RPS.

I heard from RPS often and they were attentive for a few weeks. They did call the tenant a few times then explained they'd have to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit and obtain a judgement which would cost roughly $1500.00. After carefully vetting this idea, I finally agreed as it seemed logical and he promised once we got the judgement, he would absolutely be able to collect on it and explained all the many ways it would enable him to collect the money owed. 

The attorney did obtain a judgement however RPS did nothing to collect on it so it was virtually useless. The attorney wouldn't return my calls, provide copies and RPS avoided my calls and emails after this was done. The tenant had autos, real estate and other assets to attach but Anthony never bothered fulfilling any of the vast promises he made. It was definately a 'hustle'.
