Any "Lawyer" who has to quote Black's Law Dictionary is a moron. I really feel sorry for anyone who thinks he is a legitimate attorney. Come on people. He lives in his car and scrounges around in garbage cans looking for his next meal. I have doubts about his sanity. But hey - there are a LOT of stupid Mexicans out there who pray the rosary and give their money to him thinking he and Jesus H. Christ will protect them.

I know Attorney Ruben Fuentes since 1989. I know him working hard and getting his Income Tax License, his Real Estate License, and his Attorney License. He is an example to follow.  He is honest, he charge you cheep because he knows our community. And, He is Not From Mexico. Thanks Ruben Fuentes, you helped me in my income tax, for me, for my business, for my family, and also you helped me in another legal actions. Thanks. Guillermo

Defamation is committed when a false and defamatory statement concerning another has been published to a third party, absent privilege, and that statement causes damage or is so egregious
that damages are presumed.

In the posting of this individual, he does not refrain from attacking viciously my character as a professional or even referring maliciously to  sexual acts.

I did not have any claim by this "client". By those days of January 10 to 12, I received  phone calls  saying about the same derogative remarks. He is definitely the same person, a disgruntled dead beat tenant who I help being evicted in Pomona.

Now he is hiding as a client and making false accusations from the darkness of his anonymous grievances.

He is claiming  to be an immigrant client of the past two years but wait until January 10, 2011 and next day he is a Rabbi and the next he is bankrupt individual.

Those comments about how I got my license  only shows his envy of somebody else reaching a goal in life like getting a license. If I get it  through a correspondence or night  school, even better as I got it while working full time during the day and still have the willingness and steadfast to keep on going and study for four years in a row nonstop.

Unfortunately, this media is also publishing stories without any verification of facts whatsoever making themselves exposed to liability for discrediting individuals who happen to have a business or an office.

I hired Ruben Fuentes to do my taxes a few years ago. He sold me 3 social security numbers to use on my taxes to take them as dependants. He showed us how to screw the government out of tons of money. It looks like he has now become an attorney so he can pull of some BIG SCAMS! Watch out - this Ruben Fuentes guy is a real sleazy b*****d. Don't get involved with him at all - He will lie, cheat and steal.

Ruben Fuentes. When I first met him 2 years ago while attending Abraham Lincoln School of Law, I couldn't understand why he wanted to be a lawyer. He really wasn't very smart and had NO ETHICS at all. I personally witnessed him cheat on tests. He really didn't care if he got caught or not and the "professors" at our phoney baloney law school didn't care if he cheated or not, as long as good old Ruben kept them coked up on cheap Mexican cocaine 24/7 - which he did. In fact we were all pretty sure that's how Ruben paid for his education. Well drugs and of course immigrant smuggling. I really can't believe he actually passed the bar exam in California. Not to worry - he won't be practicing for much longer. I haer the feds are finally catching up with him. Murder is still murder Ruben - even if it was a hooker in Tijuana you wacked in a drunken frenzy.
