Im afraid that all those who took on the title manager should not be in the position to as they irresponsibly tried overriding the initial start date and had very disrespectfully in an overpowering way talked at me or down to me unnecessarily instead of to me respectfully as a part of a team even beginning to boss me, they have gone into my email using the link to the company site recreated a username and password that would not allow me into the company website to view any needed information or videos, they changed my general managers decision to have me as an evening dishwasher/salad bar person, they wouldn't allow me to clock in without them and although I was on a schedule they didn’t create I was always asked to clock out early as I was consistently working with no breaks or complaints. Theyre demanding my personal government social security number to be announced publicly and displayed again and again for log in attempts that were unsuccessful three days in a row, Last but not least the stealing or removing of my bag that was hung with my jacket upon each arrival time where it was supposed to have been hung plus the denial that it was even witnessed by two employees that my bag had in fact been removed and then finally replaced as I began to look around and about asking questions.  Upon arrival I was told of a termination at my scheduled 9am time to arrive in which doors were locked.  In the meantime three days’ worth of job title work is what I was able to do keeping both the back and front more clean, orderly and sanitized then the mess that was left there for me to see and tend to on my first day but I guess another three day person might get misused and abused too which is what I’m told has been the time frame of the other employees they hired on to sabotage.

 

This is a problem.  quite frankly with all of the garbage that Ruby Tuesdays had put me through pulling very illegal moves enough to have even stolen my pocket book and gone through it, locking me out of the company website while employed, disallowing me to clock in on my own or even through an supposed to have been unlocked door, and then not having any explanation as to why my time would have been wasted in coming in while not having had been told that I was terminated should get them sued.  I was disallowed my pay card like everyone else was able to receive their check on at 1st.  From the moment after my orientation was complete my rights were violated by someone refilling out my questionnaire the way that she wanted questions to be answered. Sex and ethnicity should definitely be irrelevant and I know that and so does whomever created the questionnaire which is why it was in fact optional to not include that information on an application, yet not only did the white woman change my answers but also she made me to have to announce personal info publicly such as my SSN and Address in front of all coworkers whom was extremely wasted drunk and setting back despite my already experience within plenty of kitchens as a day to day laborer as well as not at all American.  They even went so far as to disallow in a discriminatory, unequal work practice way, anyone whom chooses to be able to use the back, breakroom door exit.  Cooks with secret passcodes to the doors allowing you to a dumpster area were only allowed, as grown responsible adults, the use of the back kitchen area door to enter into or leave out of.

 

The most upsetting outside of my bag having had gotten stolen was not getting an answer as to why this was printed on a day that I were not at the restaurant.  Did employees get privileges as guests that I was unaware of twice a day such as the two times I was logged in on this day while I wasn't there? If so I was robbed.  This is an account that I am not aware of existing in my name or for what reason.  However this was left on the floor incidentally I seen it and picked it up and wanted to know if they went so far as to spend $ that was in my name and I was entitled to creatig a $0 balance of an account made that I was unaware of?

They truly just dont mind taking anyone off from where they are at just to be able to do so.  I wasnt even given a reason for termination but maybe its the same reason that every week they hire someone for a week.

I was interviewed on Tuesday afternoon of the 18th after calling the GM Mike of the Deer Park NY location on the 17th about an employment app that was submitted on the 10th.  After the interview would be a day that I can come in for orientation in which I did so as my official start date the 20th.  The next time I was scheduled to come in was a Saturday.  This is when I was to meet with an Ashley in which I did and began the physical labors parts of the work.  Ashley went into my email that I am emailing you from now and accessed from my inbox the link sent to me to access the part of the completions of hiring in which I had actually already submitted each portion of the site reading complete. I let it be known that the videos would not play at all.  Ashley took it upon herself to write out a schedule for me and give me an employee booklet and create a username and password for me to log me into different portions of Ruby Tuesday"s sites.  very awkwardly Ashley had actually taken the password that I had created for the earlier on parts of Ruby Tuesday sites that the general manager told me had to be logged into by creating my own username and password.  Ashley misused her knowledge of the personal information that I submitted into the computer and also publicly kept on asking me to announce and display my government social security number in front of other strangers.  Ashley also made it so that I had to publicly announce my mailing address in order for me to simply punch into the time clock in which should've been done upon arrival however she waited about an hour or so.  In viewing the receipts that had my name on them of having been logged into somewhere showing an account that I know not of with my name on it of $0. I wouldn't be surprised if Ashley on my day of not at all being present was using my credentials or robbing me by giving my information to someone else to use.  I learned also that upon arrival for my work day, in order for me to punch in for my scheduled hours, someone else would have to swipe a card that they have and a card that wasn't explained to me.  Although the general manager had me assigned to being an evening dishwasher/garden bar attendant  Ashley took it upon herself to assign some mornings.  the kitchen was the whole time an overall cluttered, dirty, disorganized mess while the two woman on both salad bar and dishwasher both pretended to know no English.  Proper tools wasn't used or any sanitation guidelines as I was being lied to and taught wrong unaccording to the book and had to witness foods sitting out at wrong temperatures for my entire shift, foods being scooped out of containers and then onto platters to still publicly get stored by hand onto the salad bar, by hand in front of guest, silverware they refused to lay flat going bunched together in huge bulk into the machine,  floors unswept or mopped. They kept disallowing me and denying the needs of such sanitation and safety guidelines to be met.  Theyd say it will all get done at the end of the night.  Despite my constant nonstop with no break work on those days I was told when to clock out more or less by Ashley.  The general manager Mike had gone out of town I was told.  Atleast four of the females there seemed to want to flaunt and excersize a very unnecessary, we've been here longer and hold a title over you type of power.  They acted this way even after my pocket book disappeared for a time frame from off of the coat hooks that I hung it on for those three work days.  Although having had two witnesses including that Ashley,  Ashley was still trying to deny that the bag had gone missing on that day.  It reappeared as I realized that I was going to have to call and notify the police. when I arrived for work as scheduled the next morning the doors once again were locked and weren't opened until the other dishwasher arrived texting whom was in the back of the restaurant.  That person informed me not to clock in because I no longer work there.  I exited out the back kitchen where im told only certain people with keys can take their smoke breaks and the door was not allowed to be opened but twice a day and by them whom was the only one allowed to use the back door.  I feel as though this was more unfair practices as well as probably a safety/fire hazard. 

During the interview Mike had asked a question in which my answer was pertaining to equality.  fair and equal treatment in which did not exist especially when you have someone getting deprived, robbed openly.  the week or so training alone was completely taking things way too far out of context.  As a mid teen I worked in the kitchen of a facility and naturally knew to do what they were refusing to do and refusing to allow me to do.  keep cleanliness and order.  My mom is a Caterer.  Cooked big all my life.  Ive cooked for a veterans homeless mission as well as an entertainment business doing fundraisers and a community project restaurant that had a food truck along with its restaurant building. Other utility/hospitality experience came from day labor at such places as the Wyndham hotel overnights and a Biscottis restaurant plus a convention center.  I wouldn't flaunt power or authority in an unnecessary way but I do not like the defamation of character that takes place as the one African American Christian non-alcoholic drug using employee to enter and get treated as though unworthy of doing my job due to being blocked when in fact they not only couldn’t even keep accurate records but wouldn’t even honor their own check.
