I had my tax refund of 3480.10 dd to my rush card by the IRS on 2/3/12. When I checked the balance it stated that my dd had not been posted to my account. I contacted Rush Card services and waited for 45 minutes before I could even speak to a customer service rep. The rep verified to see if my dd information I gave the IRS was correct and it was. She then placed me on hold for another 20 mins and return back on the line and told me that, she did not see it or anything pending and that I needed to call The IRS back. I contacted the IRS and they verified that the money was sent on 2/3/2012 to the same information that i verified with Rush card services. They also provided me with a trace number to give to Rush Card services so they could trace the transaction to see where my money is.
I then called Rush Card services back with the information that was given to me by the IRS but the customer service rep stated that they did not have the accomodations to trace transactions . The rep then stated to me that I would have to wait 24-48 hrs before my funds will post. So I waited and contacted Rush Card services on 2/7/12 and still no money. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was none available for me to speak with. I then asked what bank were they affiliated with, I was told they did not have that information. I asked what department does dd goes to before they are posted to clients account. The rep responded by call back tommorrow. I am so fed up with Rush Card services and I just want my money so I can withdraw every dime. I am a first time customer with this company and I dont reccommend any human use the card. I am a single mother of 2 and I have bills to pay. I am looking for someone to assist me in lawsuit.
