Rush Flyers rushflyers.com Online Company Rip Off and Extremely Poor Customer Service , Internet

We had used Rush Flyers in the past because of their pricing to do large amounts of printing. We had an urgent job for flyers to be made up for a huge event at our race track which was 2 weeks away from the initial order.

I received a text message over the weekend to change resolution for this flyer and the job would be completed.  Within the next 2 days I received an email with a tracking number and approximate date of delivery which was still enough time for our event.

This morning I tried tracking the order and come to find out they were never shipped and were still sitting at their company.  I contacted them immediately and they said they were trying to contact our office all week to advise we needed to pay additional money for their service.  The girl said she only got voice mail and it was full.

We work in a office from 8am - 6pm monday thru friday with several phone lines that roll-over per incoming call.  NO calls were received from them and no contact was made with our company over this ordeal.

The girl (Faye) in customer service was extremely rude - hung up on us - and refused to let us speak to a manager.  We called back several times with the same rudeness and again being hung up on .  We were not able to get the flyers on time for our event.  They refused to give us a refund and needless to say that we will NEVER use that company again.

Please use caution if you are thinking of using their services - amazing they are still in business with customer service that poor.
