Rushmore Energy llc Ticked me into a rate nearly twice my current rate. Sugar Land Texas

Rushmore Energy, LLC Tricked me into signing a contract claiming lower electric rates.  They claimed AEP was ripping me off.  Their numbers were lies.  After 2 years I noticed my bills were higher than previous years and checked and compaired rates.  My rate is nearly twice the current rate of my previous electric company.  They never told me my initial rate was very temporary and they locked me into a 3 year contract with $150.00 early termination fee.

When I called them to complain they basically said it's my problem.  When I called my original electric company and they we not surprised.  They heard the story before.  Rushmore is famous!!!!

I decided to pay them the $150.00 to get rid of them.  It was a matter of principal.  I refuse to reward swindlers even if it costs me more in the long run.  I decided to share my experience with every online service I can.  It won't help me now but it just might help hard working people in the future.  Buyer Beware!  Do not use Rushmore Energy, LLC or you might just be sorry like me.
