This man is one hell of a shameless liar.  Took prepaid money and not getting any work done.  Keep promising once you got him to answer the phone.  Most of the time not answering calls so you have to call him from a different phone to get it answered.  He has been known to driving customer's car around like his own as stated by one of his customer's .pandahi.com/1014312698.html.  The main reason I am taking my time here to expose this man is that upon some research I found out that this man has ripped people off and has got away for so long.  He has been using craigslist and other free sites to advertise.  He works out of his driveway (business license? / paying taxes?) since at least 2008.

  I once told him that I would report to the police but he did not seem to care. I did try to report to the police by calling the City of vancouver Police Department but lady who answered the phone told me that it is a civil matter because I agreed to hand over my property to this man for service, and I would have to sue the guy in small claim court if I am not happy with his service.  She then told me if I want to get a police report I have to call 911 and tell the operation it is a non-emergency call and that the man is stealing my property then the police will respond.  I did not call 911.  Should I call?  Did he steal by not returning?  Anything should be done to give this man a lesson about PRINCIPLES, right and wrong, etc.. ? You be the judge!  Stay away from this low life individual and do not count on our sinking law enforcement process.
