RUSSELL A. MINGAL DEAD BEAT DAD OYSTER BAY New York

Russell is the father of three children and has failed to pay child for any of them. He has two daugthers from his first marriage and a son from his second marriage.

I am the custodial parent of Russ' son. He has not visited him in over two years. He has not paid child support and currently owes in excess of $26,000.00. My son does not know his father and that is a shame. Russell has had no contact with his son at all. His son is 4 years old and has not received a thing from Russell. Not even a card for his birthday. The only time that Russell contacts his son is on holidays. Thats when he says how much he loves him and misses him and how he cannot wait to see him. Then we do not hear again from him until the next holiday.

This man should be ashamed of himself. He should not be allowed to call himself a father. He has no excuses for this behavior or lack thereof.

I have tried to collect the child support and unfortunately, Russell has been able to evade any court order. I do not know his current address and have not be able to file a new petition with the courts. The New York State Child Support Bureau is a joke. I have been working with them for months now and they have not helped at all.

If anyone knows of his where-abouts, I beg you to help. It is not fair to Russell's children that he not be responsible for their care.
