This is how he embezzled money, hired a felon to buy a Cayenne for his employer’s Company (which was never delivered and still has an ongoing police investigation), hired a person who caused financial damages to company, committed check fraud, totaled a rental car after several hit and run accidents, arrested for drug related charge and was a FTA for court ordered drug diversion program

 Flat out embezzled client's money for a deal that went bad ($72230 see evidence below). Working for LA Auto Deals 4 Less, Inc. money was put into a joint account for the purpose of buying a Porsche Cayenne in New Jersey for a client. Took money out of account and never bought the Porsche Cayenne. Instead went on a shopping spree and bought a new Cadillac for himself using these funds.

 I also helped him get a rental car which he had not only one accident but ended up having 3-4 hit and runs which also resulted in the total destruction of the rental car and left me holding the bag for all damages even though I had the extra rental insurance. Since he did not respond (see letters sent to Russell below) to insurance companies attempt to question him on any of these incidents they denied my coverage and I can no longer rent at Enterprise or any of their affiliates, and possibly will have to pay back any money they spend on claims.

See evidence of rental and one of the accidents he had before the hit and runs. I had to find the rental car he abandoned and would not tell me what happened as he was under the influence of Meth. After tracking the rental car down with the assistance of the CHP who impounded the car on the Freeway after I believe it became un-drivable. I was told by CHP that he was involved in at least 3 hit and runs (before the car was left on the freeway) that happened in 3 different jurisdictions which included Burbank, Glendale and Altadena. While he was in jail on the unrelated drug charge (item #14) I called all of the above police departments informing them that the driver of the hit and runs was in Van Nuys Jail awaiting court date for the drug charge. Nothing was done and he was released after court (see #14)
