I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for over 7 months now. They sold me a manufactured stone. I know this because I spent money sending the stone to the GIA to have the stone tested.
It was supposed to be a Madagascar Ruby and I was excited to see if this were true, as the stone was sizable and Russell's assured us it was authentic... The report returned as "Manufactured" and sensitive to heat.
WOW. This was done within the 30 day return policy and they would not honor a return or even return any calls after this.
I have reached out to the Attorney General of maine to help resolve this issue, and now they are avoiding thier calls, after telling them they would return my money.
People need to be warned. This business id dishonest and you cannot count on them for selling you authenticatted jewelry. (I have learned a lot since then) Buyer beware.
