Rusting Consulting Lack of integrity Fairbanks Minnesota

  I am one of the millions involved in the independent foreclosure review.Our government decided to use for rust consulting. I received a postcard stating I was eligible for a payment. March 2013 I received a check for $800.. I accidentally spilled a Coca Cola on the check. I called rust consulting to having you check reissued. how was told the check would be here in 2 weeks then it went to 4 to 6 weeks.Then I was told that they would have to send the paper out for me to sign. I called three more times to get the paperwork sent. I was told its been mailed I was told they forgot to mail it.Bullshit. well finally after two months I received the letter. I mailed it and send it back. I called and was told the check has been mailed. I called back no the checks are only mailed on the 1st and the 15th. no we don't have any funds available. I continue calling listen to their crap. by the way they are all reading a script. I called the OCC.What a joke. ask teal called and got a different lie each time. I was constantly hung up on. but when you call them they ask for your phone number in case you get disconnected.This week I call the vice of Rust.I left 3 Voicemail.No response.His man is David Holland.I called 4 others on his levelNo response.When you call the main number a recording states can't take your can.I finally call a 507 area code. I was put through to the bank of America supervisor that rust consulting had hired.She states no records of me calling except in Aug and Sept.also one call that was disconnected.She stated my check was mail in July.Well if it was mailed in July why was I not told.She couldn't AndersEn replied it's take 2 months for the post office to get it to NC.Bull crap.She then stated the post office has been losing thousands of there checks.Next it blaming me I threw it away.Net the blame on yourself Rust. I receive a call after I sent the vice president an email.She apologize for all the confusion.I told her the voicemail on the foreclosure review number state all checks were mailed in August.She also stated that essa not true.She states I will receive a check in 4/6 Weeks.I said that long.Why?She could not answer.Let stop the bullsh*. Can a class action law suit be brought against these crooks.I watched a you tube video where a man was told just about word for word the same sh*.
