On 5 March, 2015, I delivered my 2008 Grand Junction 34 QRE fifth wheel to the RV Peddler dealership (Yuma, AZ) to have them sell as a consignment. Their sales rep for consigned vehicles (John Muzidal) completed the “Consignment Agreement” and handed me a copy, indicating that RV Peddler will pay me $27,000.00 upon the sale of the unit. At the same time, he provided me with a PoA which he said they needed to execute the sale. He did not give me a copy of that document. About two weeks later, I am told by the selling salesman “Joey Bernardo” that the unit was sold for $38,000.00 USD.

I had a friend go to their dealership and specifically ask to see my unit. They told her that it was SOLD. That confirmation to her was provided by a salesperson on the 24th March.I called RV Peddler and spoke with a person named d**k. I asked if he knew anything about our trailer. He said the trailer was now sitting in their repair area (away from the sale lot), awaiting delivery. He said they only put trailers back there that have been sold.

Another couple of days passed and I received a telephone call from Tammy Wallace and she said:“RV Peddler was financing the unit for the sale and that the new buyer didn't meet the required credit score for the loan and asked if I could lower my fee a couple of thousand from 27K".I replied NO. Furthermore, I advised her that a person from RV Peddler told me that the unit was already sold and no financing was necessary form RV Peddler. She denied knowledge of that and said someone must have given me wrong information and that she would get back to me the next day or so to let me know what is happening.

Please NOTE that I was forewarned by Joey B. that someone from RV Peddler would try to get me to lower my price by lying about their buyer's inability to get a high enough credit score so that they could make more money from the sale.  A few days later, I called John Muzidal back and he said the sale was in the hands of another person named "Grant SULLENS", who is also an RV Peddler employee. I wanted to have my banking information available to the dealership so that when the unit leaves their lot, I could be paid via electronic bank transfer. John advised that I could get Grant's e-mail address from him. I tried to e-mail Grant several times to no avail.

I spoke with Grant a few days later and asked why he did not respond to my e-mails pertaining to wire transfer information. He gave me some lame excuse that he received them but that because they were sent from an I-Pad, he could not reply. I have sent Grant Sullens several e-mails and he has not answered any of them.

I have made repeated calls to RV Peddler to get them to pay me the 27K. No success. I have met every condition of the contract for consignment and still, they refuse to pay up. I have filed complaints with the AZ States Attorney office. They have written to the company, but still no payment. I tried to speak with Ken Searcy and he hangs up on me when I speak about getting paid.

RV Peddler of Yuma, AZ has been un-truthful and fraudulent about the disposition and sale of my fifth wheel trailer. They have not shown any willingness to communicate to me the truth of what has been happening regarding this consignment contract. They are obligated to pay me what is mine ($27,000.00 USD) within the time of the agreement specified.

I find it very disturbing that RV Peddler has been giving me the run-a-round regarding the sale of my fifth wheel trailer. Especially since I purchased a brand new Arctic Fox fifth wheel from their dealership in December 2014. The way I am being misled is dishonest and disrespectful.
