rvandvansurplus.com Bob Vogelzang Took my money and sent me nothing and then didn't refund my money as promised Elkhart Indiana

 I ordered some wiper blades online from RVandVanSurplus.com for my RV and paid with a credit card.  They immediately took the money out of my account and I never heard from them again.  I called and talked to "Bob" who said they were on backorder.  This had been 6weeks since I first ordered them.  I asked him if he could refund my money back into my account and he said he would.  He told me it would be 72 hrs.  It's been 2 weeks and nothing.  From all of the complaints about this guy on other internet sites I can tell this is just his normal MO.  When you try to contact them they don't answer the phone, so I'm guessing they have a caller ID.  You apparently get one shot to talk to this guy and then that's it.  I'm out $60.00 and he's laughing all the way to the bank.  At least I didn't get ripped off for hundreds like some people. 

UPDATE:  19 Aug 2013.  I just wanted to thank you at Ripoff Report for helping me get a refund from this guy and let people know that he did call me and make it right.  But, I really would still be very wary, because I don't think it would have happened without your involvement on my behalf.  He really tried to do a pretty good acting job, like he wasn't aware of the problem, even though I had spoken to him about it before to no avail.  So anyway, thanks again and I am going to give you guys a donation now.  God Bless!  Barbara Norton
