RVTL AntiAging Credit Card Fraud, Scam for free trial Buffdale Utah

On Dec. 12th I saw an add for a product that was supposed to do miravles for your skin. I went to see the free trial and they offered two products. The total of the free trial bottle should have amounted to around $5.00. I never completed the sign up info as the site kept flashing off and told me to try again later. I did try several times thoughout the evening, but never got back to it. I had put in name, address, CreditCard #, but never had a chance to read anythjing about this deal, other than I would recieve a free trial bottle, or bottles as there were two products they were advertizing.

I recieved product in the mail on around the  20th of Dec but wasn't sure why I had or what it was.

I opened the the boxes to see what it was, thinking maybe a Christmas gift. I looked at all the paper work and there was nothing, No invoice or instructions for return of product or anything that said 14 day trial or I would be charged.

Dec 23rd I went to pay some bills and every cent I had on my card $103 was gone. I called my CC company and got the ph# of where it went. I called the company and they refused to give me back the money they had taken without authorization from my card. I was told they'd be nice and give me back 40% of what they had, in esence stolen from me. I refused, figuring if I took that amount I might not be able to get back the full amount,

What I got from them was a script that they wouldn't deviate from. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the same scripted BS from him.

I was told to send the product back for a full refund. I am and have been snowed in where I live a 50 mile trip up the mountains from town. I told them I had not ordered this, or authorized the shippment, so did not agree to sending it back as it would cost me a lot to make the trip to town, for a product, once again I never completed an order for and had NEVER authorized money for.

What is my recoourse to this kind of blatant thievery?
