I was sent the wrong prescription order. I received a pack of white round pills, and should have been, yellow and diamond shape, i had orderd before. This was a generic for the drug cialis. I have no idea what these pills are, the pack claims to be the same as i had received before??

Enough with your b.s. legal threats

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 27, 2006

James, shut your mouth and stop threatening people with bogus lawsuits. You obviously don't know the first thing about the law, and you haven't even presented a coherent explanation as to what your interest is in all of this.

This report was lodged by a consumer of a company who sent her the wrong product. She was ripped off. Unless you can prove that she is lying, you have NOOOOO legal claim. None! She has EVERY right to post true information about any company she pleases. You have NO right to throw around empty legal threats in an attempt to stifle valuable speech.

In fact, if anyone has a legal claim here, its the reporter. She could maybe sue YOU for harrassment (making bad faith threats to bring unmeritorious lawsuits), or for abuse of process or malicious prosecution if you actually do decide to bring a claim.

From what I can gather from your rambling, incomprehensible diatribes, you either succeeded to the name of this company or are illegally exploiting the goodwill of a company with which you have no relationship. If the latter is correct, then I hope you get slapped with a trademark infringement suit.

If the former is correct, then the previous poster was right on the money. You CHOSE to take on the name of a company with an apparent history of scamming at least one person. As such, you also CHOSE to take on any negative impressions that the name carries with it.

You seem to lack even a basic understanding of principles of law and business. Maybe you should look to your own ineptitude as a source of your business struggles.

Your real problem

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 27, 2006

is who YOU allegedly affiliate with-not the consumers who have problems with whom YOU allegedly affiliate. I use allegedly as there is no proof that you do indeed affiliate with them as opposed to trying to leach off their name should they actually produce profitably-but it looks as though this one has backfired on you.
Not making money because of it-talk to them and tell them to get their act together. But then again, you may have tied your own hands.

James, you have no legal rights here at all

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 27, 2006

James,

You have no grounds for any lawsuit against anyone. However, Rx-Mex may have a claim against you for using their trade name in your domain name.

#2 Consumer Suggestion

James, you should be more specific as to who you are.

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 24, 2006

James,

You filed your rebuttal as "ex-employee responds" but then you claim you are doing business on the internet. Then you say you will "seek" a lawsuit if this information is not removed.

Your entire post makes no sense at all.

First of all, you do not seek a lawsuit. You file a lawsuit.

Second, who would you sue? Not the website, as they are not responsible for someone elses post.

Third, if you are an ex-employee, you have no rights to anything.

Are you an owner of one of the pharmacies mentioned? Please give us more exact information.
