I had interest in trying to find some perscription drugs and saw an ad in a local Penny Saver. When I went to the web site (RxPop.com) it said that I would have to register with them to get any information. I looked breifly at their legal mumbo jumbo and it stated that there would be some sort of fee. Unfortunately, when I checked my credit card statement the charge was $69.97.

While on the site, I found out that they did not have the pills I was looking for and was on the site for probably 1 minute. That is a heck of a charge to find out they couldn't even gey what I needed.

When I called my credit card company, they told me that since the money had already been paid out, my best bet was to call them direct. I tried the web site and did not find a phone number. I also searched the web for phone numbers for RxPop and their parent company Rxium,LLC. I was unsuccessful on both. I finally took another look at my billing statement and found a phone number (866-727-1669) listed on that.

When I called the number, I was told that if I was looking for a refund to go to their web address rxpop.com\refund_policy. It explains that no matter
what your reasons are that your request for a refund will be denied since you have to click "I accept" to go to their site. And if you still want to ask for a refund, you should click on a certain address, but when you click on it you are told that they cannot connect you to that link.

I just feel that it is extremely unfortunate that companies are out there preying on consumers that have real medical problems and are just trying to get some help.
