Neda Nabavian of Nabavian Insurance Brokerage is making a total misrepresentation of the facts. She was a formaer Farmers Agent who "dated" former partner and former CEO of the Client Mr. Daryl Tallon, not only she had conspired to break her morale obligations as a professional licensed Broker Agent as she is bound by Code and Ethics to report that her ex-boyfriend had made $250,000.00 prior claim to the Insurance Company at the time she issued a policy for our Corporation, but also misrepresented to the Insurance Company and Concealed that Mr. Bridges was 50% Trustee of the Client. She had listed her ex-boyfriend as the only Owner Officer with Insurance. Now engaging in an intimidating liable action, just because as result of her concealment when a claim arose her action caused. The corporation claimed to be delayed by 3 months that cost millions of dollars in Damages. The case will be referred to Special investigation unit on her actioins and to the Department of Insurance Commissioner. 

Therefore the $5000.00 was her offering to return some of the commissions she made on this transaction back to The Client, however we did mention if it is discovered that she wasnt at fault we will pay her $5000.00 commission. 

Furthermore. she violated the code and ethics that prohibit her as a License Broker Agent to engage in Liable bashing another Member of DOI Particularly a Former Client this demonstrates the level of perfection.
