I not hear from him! he drop off keys and ran away! House was a mess! Basement have garbage! house smell bad. he said would be fix when bought the house but did not fix it! Dirt in kitchen! and he say that it wasn't on paper work, but he told me it would be fix when i bought the house!

he a liar! they is scratches on walls from other people move out, and many thing not fix!
