Ryan Home's Expensive and Noisy Condo's

I bought a small 2 bedroom $143,000 "luxury" elevator condo in the beautiful community of Piney Orchard. I was assured by the sales reps and construction supervisors that I would only hear my neighbors if they dropped bowling balls on the floor above me.Last night was the final straw in this noisy thin walled nightmare. I was in the tub and I heard someone open the door, lift the toilet lid, pee to the last drop, put down the lid, flush and walk away. As I was alone, I was disgusted to realize it was my upstairs neighbor! I have just called a real estate agent to put this lemon on the market, but I will lose my $12,000 in closing costs. The Homeowners Association has addressed this and many other issues but we are being told "Buyers Beware". As this is brand new construction how is Ryan Homes getting away with such shoddy workmanship for such ridicoulous prices? I am embarassed to have people over to listen to my neighbors vacuum and barking dogs. I feel like I live under the stage of Riverdance! Why did I have to disclose every defect in my home when I sold it but Ryan gets away with misleading customers? It is an outrage!
