Ryan Money laundering, false information, theft Internet

I ran across a young man on Instagram (social media) who claimed to know how to get you a monentary return if you invest between 200-500.00 by using an vanilla reload card and sending him the number on the back. The transaction process initial made me skeptical because it was very vague but being in an rough position currently, I tried. 

BIG MISTAKE, this young man took the money off of my card with no intention of following through with his end of the deal. I repeatedly contacted him until he finally answered and claimed he was in the "office" where the service was bad so no real questions could be answered and whenever I would text this man I would receive no responses. 

Being a young adult making quick decisions put me in this situation but I would hate for anyone else to get ripped off.
