S & J Auto Parts ripoff Saratoga New York

I purchased a seat track w/ motors for my 2000 Buick Park Avenue the first part of October. Octor 12,04 they charged my credit card $213. They told me 10 day delivery. I have not recieved my part nor can anyone tell me where it is. I talked to Christine (I think thats her name) last Friday Oct 22 she told me she would call Sat Oct 23 to tell me the status. I never recieved a call, I called back was told her child was having surgery that day and she did not put any notes in the file,but they would have her call Tuesday. I have tried several times to call them and all I can get is the operator who says she will leave them a message.
