Sabrna Rhoads has the money to buy a car, probably not in her name there's so many lawsuits against her. Sabrina Rhoads continues to get all the free State of Oregon bennies she can get because she's (supposidly) a abused child while growing up, what a lie. Sabrina Rhoads has a little girl, who is being both neglected and mentally abused, by both herself and her "girlfriend", who goes to bed with most anything wearing pants and Sabrina Rhoads accepts this. Sabrina Rhoads has still not paid all the restitution she has been ordered to by the Lane County, Oregon courts. If you do not believe me then look up Sabrina Rae Rhoads on the Lane County Courts, for Oregon, database. All this is public record and it's free.
