I have known Michele Matheson for over five years, both in business and personally.

The report posted about Michele and her business really exposes more about the agenda of the poster and the website than it does about the person in question.

Firstly, perhaps the poster and the website should strive to get the correct name of the business against whom a complaint is lodged.. Michele’s business is called “The Sacred Art Of Adornment”. She has been the sole proprietor of the business in question since I have known her.

Secondly, should one really value a complaint which reads more as a feeble attempt at character assassination by an anonymous keyboard vigilante posing as someone with social justice on their agenda? What exactly does her personal life have to do with her business?  And for what it is worth, the personal information provided, is not even remotely accurate either.

Thirdly, the products are vaguely referred to as “crappy trinkets”. How does one quantify this into a technical evaluation of business practices? One cannot. It is a case of biased language hoping to sway the reader through emotion rather considering the facts at hand.

If the poster has a complaint about Michele's business, they should address it to her directly - she is very accesible. If the product is unsatisfactory or defective, address her directly and she will fix it. She is a straight from the hip, what you see is what you get kind of person. Simple as that.

Perhaps the webmaster should consider their mission statement a little more closely? Are you truly website hoping to expose bad business, or is this  just a forum  where internet trolls get to badmouth people whist hiding in the cowardly comfort of their anonymity? The latter gets my vote.

I am a small cottage industry that has few private clients whom are repeat clients.  My primary clients are retail businesses with some private clients. Unfortunately Tanya S, I have never had anyone with your name or a client that resembles your Aunt in my files.  

I have never worked on items for a client that even closely matches the description of the person lodging this complaint HOWEVER if there is an individual out there that is disatisatisfied with my work or service, I encourage them to come forward so that this wrong can me made right.
