I ordered some Justin Boots and a saddle pad March 26,2012.  I waited and waited and finally an email came that said I could have a refund or continue the back order till May 15.  I choose to leave on back order.  

When it was May 30 and I still had no merchandise I contacted them email and they said the back order was now till June 15.  I again waited till June 30. No answer was given to my email so I called. I had to leave a voice mail because no one would answer.  I left 3 voice mails then I tried to see if this company was on Face book.

 It was and there I found others who had the exact same experience as I have experienced.  I now want a refund as does the 1/2 dozen that posted on that site, which now is closed to comments I might add.

I believe the excellent sale that was offered was a rip off from the beginning and at least want to warn anyone else to tread carefully if you order from these crooks

It may be too late now, but you can try disputing the charge with your bank.
