Brand New Company. I gave them a chance to prove themselves and they fell flat on their face. Everything that could go wrong did. They have no experience. They don't know who is a good carrier and who is a bad carrier. This guy Michael Scott started his company in 2022. He probably got fired at another company for being lazy or lying to customers. Now he started his own company. What a loser.
This trucker damaged my car. He never gave me a bill of lading from Point A and refused to give me paperwork upon delivery. This is a violation. Then when I called to start the claim he blocked my phone number.
I think I triggered him when I got upset at his lack of effort to do anything! He blamed it all on the carrier A CARRIER HE ASSIGNED TO MY VEHICLE.... and then he refused to take responsibility for sending me a loser trucker.
Avoid Michael Scott and Safe Auto Trucking LLC ... THEY ARE NOT SAFE AT ALL!
