Safe lite glass Nationwide

 On June 16th, safe lite was sent to my house by geico, I had a very minor ding instead of fixing it the tech cracked it about 10 inches. Then decided to inform me, well, sometimes that happens, my supervisor will contact you for a replacement, when I was contacted I was told it would cost me 250 dollars to replace it, Geico also said well it's not 100% sometimes it happens and I will have to pay outta pocket to fix it. At no time on paper or verbally was I ever informed there was a risk of ruining the windshield. If it is that easy to walkaway from liability then this opens the door for gieco and safe light to miss information and rip off its customers in a joint effort, and allows safelite to go around and bust everyone'swindows and say well looks like you need a new on, so what go's from a $60 fix becomes a $250 deductible on your insurance. Flat out scam, dishonest and quite the company of crooks, we never even had the opportunity to wigh the risk.
