Ordered real safe [3300# weight], they sent furniture contract delivery truck who were unable to carry dafe in, they almost suffered major injuries dropping safe on my property, a hug potential liability.

They had their head of delivery call me from Pittsburgh who told me they really delivered furniture not safe, and couldn't really help deliver this safe to me. This is fraudulent misleading internet scamming.

They tried to sell me that they would now find a competent delivery company to deliver my safe. Why didn't they have one already if they were real?

I refused to continue to do business with them and they stole $1600 by enforcing their delivery charges when they were actually unable to deliver. this must be a good scam for them, getting cancellation charges over and over from new suckers who believe they can deliver real safes.

They suckered me in by being able todeliver a furniture weight [300#] gun safe, but I never thought they were a fake until they couldn't even deliver a product they sell on their website.

False Report

This claim is false and leaves out information to make it appear that we did something wrong when in fact we did not.  This customer completed a safe delivery form and did not tell us that the outside steps were made of stone and very difficult to navigate.  Further, there was a turn at the bottom and very little room to negotiate a 3,300 lb. safe.

When the delivery company arrived they realized this. They had 4 men show up. The customer also complained to us that one of the delivery men had "tatto's" and looked like a gang member! The company who was attempting to deliver this safe was part of a National contract company that does deliver safes, pianos and heavy furniture. We had been using them for several years.

When the customer called me to complain, I offered to get a "rigging company" to make the delivery due to the fact that this customer did not reveal all the facts about the difficult delivery circumstances. I was trying to complete the delivery for the customer but he refused, saying: "You sent gang members to my home" and "You are a scam company".  When I told him we have been in the safe business for over 60 years, he still insisted on canceling the order.  I explained that he would be responsible for the shipping both directions and any re stocking fee by the safe manufacturer.  This safe had to be built and was not a stocked item.

This customer refused to allow us to complete the transaction and insisted on canceling the order even though he did not provide us with ALL the information on the difficulty of this delivery.

We sell thousands of safes every year and have continued to do so over the past 3 years since this incident.  Many of them are 3,000 lbs or larger.  In all this time, our customers have been satisfied and we continue to live up to our Better Business Bureau rating of: A+ and we have scores of happy and satisfied customers.  We are sorry this customer would not allow us to complete the transaction but it was his decision to cancel.  We refunded all his money less the shipping charges and the re stocking fee.  He did agree that he read our Terms and Conditions on our Return Policy.

After 62 years of delivering safes to satisfied customers we are sad to see that this customer filed this false report.  We would have preferred to complete the delivery and have another satisfied customer.
