First of all I tried dealing with (competitor) and called them several times
and could not get through to a live person until about the tenth time of
calling. Then when I finally did they somehow disconnected me on the
line. I was very disappointed that I could not get a real person to help
with my order.
I purchased a super esquire go kart from your
company yesterday. I called in and instantly got a live person on the
phone, which was already impressive. Patrick was my salesperson at
saferwholesale and I want you to know how courteous and helpful he was.
After I made the purchase, I had a couple more questions and when I
called back Patrick was very helpful even after he already had the sale,
this is a great example of how customers want to be treated. All in all
I am very happy with my purchase from you all and I definitely will be
back. Thank you! Terry M.

Ha ha. The only positive comment about this company here was written in Joliet, IN....the same city that was on my caller ID when SaferWholesale called me???? The report was obviously written by an employee....

CONTINUING damage control from Safer Wholesale, Great Sports and / or the plethora of names under which they do business. Keep 'em coming; the pseudo positive reports, I mean.
It will take a couple hundred more fake positive reports to equal the unarguably accurate negative reports here and elsewhere. Terry, Mike....who's next? You're giving yourself away with the (continuing) very similar callow, poor text composure.

I purchased heaters from these guys safer wholesale saferwholesale.com
Saferwholesale and they have treated me very well! I got my item quick
and they took care of me when I called and asked to speak to their
different departments. I called them on a Sunday night at 11pm and they
were open! I couldnt believe it. Try to purchase from them and you
probably wont be let down.

They have to get something right sometime, I mean, if they can't even take an order, how can they actually be there?
Your warranty is for 10 days from the time you buy it unless you pay big bucks for more and even then they haggle with you on the cost of the warranty by putting you on hold for three hours, telling you to call back and other underhanded tactics. They finally after wearing you down will allow you to pay half of the cost of the parts. Their business model of being the middle man for all these Chinese manufacturers who somehow come accross these "junk" products in small batches maybe at a garage sale or auction will not work because there are 10 people behind that person that actually has the part.
Unsafe Wholesale should advertise that all products are "whereis/as is".
Their prices are not that great, all you have to do is search for that product and you will find the actual manufactuerer who can back it up.
