On Nov the 12th 2012 I went on line and found this company (sad for me). I called them and I wanted to buy a generator. I found the one that I could afford. I only wanted to use my American Express but Jeremy siad that they do not except that card and told me I can use my info on my checking account. I know my wife would kill me but I did it anyway (sad for me ). Jeremy took my info quickly. He gave me a price and I said ok. I called my wife right after I got off the phone and told her what I did. Wow she was very mad that I gave this company my info to out checking account. She told me to call them right back and cancel the order. So I called them right back about 10 minutes later. I was told that he would check into the cancellation and call me right back. I waited an hour call back and was put on hold for a long time. I hung up and called again. The operator told me I had to send an e-mail to customer service to let them know about the cancellation and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. I sent it in to them and I called back to see if they recieved my e-mail I tryed 6 times and he said oh yes I have it I would be contacted in 24 hours. I waited over 24 hours and had NO contact from this company. I called my bank to put a stop on the transaction.

I day later they took out the full amount out of my checking account I was so mad. I called them up and talked to a sales manager. He was very rude. He did not care what had happened to me. I told him I had reported his company to the BBB and he got madder. I went down to the bank and filled an other paper to get my money back but from what I have read here wow what a rip off this company is. I have filed 3 other reports with a few agenies hoping to get some kind of sadisfaction. I am so sad that I trusted this company. I have never heard of this kind of behavier befire from any company that I or others have dealt with in my life.

This company should be put out of business. I am mad that I trusted this company and now they have my banking info witch I have changed. I have not recieved any info of my transaction, no billing or order number nothing.

I am going to not except the order when it comes in. I will do what it takes to make there lifes a lives hell.

They will get there's. people and companies always get it in the end.

Do not order anything from this company.
