Sage LLC with Mark Vidergauz prides himself as being the most credible business broker in the industry. They are in the business of selling companies. First they put a one sided agreement in front of you to lock you in. Then, they put a book together and take it to many PE firms. The problem is they do not have your best interest. Their goal is how fast they can sell your company so they can earn your commission. They are worse than used car sales person.
They will under value your company and down grade you so you are more flexible and willing to take a lower selling price. I am not going to provide more details so they wont know who this is coming from.
Bottom line, becareful and do not trust them. They only want fast commission and move on to the next customer.
