Sage Payment Solutions RIP OFF, UNETHICAL, SCAM ARTIST. POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS Hagerstown Maryland

We had cancelled our account with Sage Payment soltions and gone with another processing company.  We sent the card reader back in July 2013, WITH the cancellation notice inside the same box, plus we called and emailed them. This was following their instructions.  Our new company also sent them a notice. (I have a copy). Sage is contending they recieved the card reader, but not the cancellation letter so they continued to charge for SIX MONTHS. They have refused to fefund us and we have over draft charges as well.  What did they think I was returning the card reader for? An oil change? If they had ANY ETHICS at all; at the very least, the would have called us with some questions when they received the card reaader.  Wouldnt you think? This seems to be a reoccuring theme.  I complained on their facebook account...they deleted it...I have filed wit the BBB and i hope some attorney seems this and starts a class action suit.  There have been MANY complaints for the same thing...taking money that doesnt belong to them. Go on-line and search.  Please check out the Better Buiness Bureau on-line also so our word is not all that you are hearing. Their agrument is we broke the contract with them...WE HAD NO CONTRACT. Stay away from them.
