This incident began on October 7th we contacted Saiaco Oriental Electronic Industrial LTD to initiate a new order for 50pcs of wireless mirroring units. This orders was placed the same way all of our orders were intiated since our first order in 2009. The method of contact was always Saiaco's email address .On October 11th we received an invoice and were notified by Saiaco to send money by western union. The request to send funds via Western Union was the first red flag, all previous payments were made via wire transfer to a bank account.  From the 11th of October till the 25th  of October we sent several emails expressing our concerns about sending the money through western union. We

called Saiaco's offices several times and each time were told to call later. On October 26th we made a 50% payment of the original invoice and we asked Saiaco to make just 25pcs because we were uncfortable with the new arrangement. The following day we received acknowledgment that the money was received and were told that the order was being prepared and ready to ship on the Nov 4th.  On November 4th we wrote again to ask for the tracking number and were told we must pay the for the whole order because all 50pcs were made, we called everyday until Nov 8th when we spoke to someone in Saiaco's offices who assured us that we just had to pay the balance to get our order. We made a second

payment on November 9th after a few days of no responses we decided to call again, at this time we spoke to the same gentlemen we spoke to a few days before who said Saiaco's email was hacked. We don’t believe their email was hacked from October 11th till Nov 14th, its makes no sense that Saiaco was not aware for over 30 days. The email address we used is listed all over their website as the main contact, that implies its importance and its probably checked daily and closely monitored. At no point till November 15th that we received an email saying that they might have been hacked, but not fully acknowledging it. We refuse to believe they were hacked it was 11 days between payments more than enough

time to fix the situation and at least 6 – 7 phone calls ranging over 3 week period to alert us to a problem. We took every measure to prevent this but the people answering Saiaco’s phones reassured us that everything is ok. Since November 14th we called back several times to speak to the owner Mr. CHEN we are given new stories, unfortunately we believe he might not be involved with the company anymore probably due to health issue he was an older gentlemen who we had the pleasure of meeting several times once in Las Vegas at a convention once in Saiaco's offices, his longtime assistant is also never in. Please stay away from this company they have no products to sell just a way to con you using the good reputation MR. Chen had built.
