Talked to chris was all this guy wants is to get you to sign up right away. He does not care about any questions you have. I asked if they had a trail period to see if this would really work and he did was rip my head off. I have no way of know if they call the right people or not i not giving someone 1800.00 to call people when you are going to be so rude. SO i hung up on this guy and he keep calling and calling he called about 18 times he was just so rude all they care about is getting you money.1800.00 to set up and 600.00 a month. Ill pass .

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this in response to the complaint left. As someone who can vouch for the company because of past experience I am going to do so. I have worked for many Insurance agents who have used this company as a means of increasing their business, but any kind of company that is looking to increase sales can benefit from this company's services... if they decide to take you on as a client. I would like to say, also, after conducting some research, the set-up fee is not $1800.00. In fact, that price is more than 3 times the amount the company charges. 

As far as the gentlemen you spoke with, I will go out on a limb and say he may not work there anymore. From what I know of the company, I can whole-heartedly say that this company really goes to work for it's clients. They have been around for over a decade and have really mastered the fine art of helping businesses increase sales, make more money, and retain customers. 

They reach out to people, via cold calling, and see if their is an interest for someones product or service and they also verify this when the management calls to confirm the appts for the clients. 

Im sure there have been a few rotten apples here and there that have worked for the company, but it takes time to weed out the good from the bad, and if the man, Chris, did overcharge you and over call you, Im sure it has already been dealt with.

This company is amazing and I say that because the companies that I have seen use the services did benefit in more ways than one and are still clients to this day well over 5 years later.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. I hope you have taken the time to reach out to management and express your concerns with them, as they are great at listening and resolving issues, if the issues are valid.
