I sent a Gucci watch 6100L series that I purchased for $800.00 She did not know the value of this watch and offered it for sale for $75.00. After several e-mails, she raised the price to $150.00. I asked her not to sell at this price. This is a portion of an e-mail she sent to me: "If you want your watch back & don't want it sold for $150.00 then I will send it back to you but I will deduct return postage as ... as a matter of fact, I'll have Tracy take it down now. We'll charge the $30.00 to your account." I agreed to her terms. The date & time: Friday June 16 at 17:10 pm.
At 19:10 pm Friday evening she sold my watch for $150.00 after she said she would return it.
I sent in several other items for sale. These sold all on Saturday June 17th. I still have not been paid.
She is a ripoff, liar and does not know value of merchandise.

This is completely untrue. We have a sterling reputation. We started this business 20 years ago. We have never had a single complaint nor would we ever tell a consignor what this person has stated. This statement is completely FALSE.
