Sallie Mae / Navient SLM Scam - Never had my Student loan and never OWNED my loans Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania

SLM (Sallie Mae) said I owed them money in 2012, so I contacted Citibank and got a payment history and noticed all loans were paid in full in December 2010.  I faxed a request to SLM and asked them to provide proof (signed loan application and proof they purchased a loan from Citibank).  I did not get anything. No proof of a loan, so they never contacted me again.  I then see another company had my fully paid loan, which was then given to another.  They are garnishing my wages for a loan that never existed with SLM and yet no proof was provided to me of a loan being purchased. 

I sent in my proof and now have to wait for a hearing because they did not have to provide any proof what so ever that they even had a loan.  They don’t have a loan because Sallie Mae / Navient never had my loan to begin with.  How does SLM sell a loan they did not own in the first place?  Navient is now trying to say my husband still owes them money.  His loans were turned over to the state.   Please let us know if there is a group suit against them.  Sallie Mae use to harass my mother even after being told she had dementia for my husband’s loan.  They tricked her into give them her credit card information and said they would take away her home. SLM charged her thousands of dollars (to max out the card).
