Salt River Project Credit Union ripoff Unfair & Fraudulent Credit Reporting Inaccurate Tempe Arizona
*Consumer Suggestion: Which Came First, The Chicken Or The Egg?
I had a truck repossessed by SRPCU in mid 2002 & filed it on a subsequent Bankruptcy. The BK was discharged & I have been working hard to reestablish credit since then.
I found out today that SRP is still reporting their loss of just under $5000 when it was resolved in the BK. It is unfair & innacurate to say it is a charge off.
I am disputing it with the credit bureaus now that I am aware of it, but it is having a negative effect on me today, as I am trying to rent a new home.
I am very disappointed that even after being notified by the AZ Courts & the Phillips & Associates Law Firm, they would still report false information.

Not sure on this one but if they repoed the vehicle first, the bankruptcy may not wipe out the repo off your credit. Which is worse having a repo on your credit,5 years or bankruptcy 7 years. Not sure about this one, you may want to consult an attorney.
