Salt Solutions Inc. Their rebuild salt cells are junk. They don't last Tampa Florida

Dear Mr, Scharold, Salt Solutions strives to assure that every customer is 100% with our products and services. Somethimes outside conditions play a large part in assuring the longevity of our salt cells, same as any cell maufacturer. Proper maintanance, chemistry levels such as PH balance, cleaning, salinity levels, and water quality helps to prevent the premature errosion of oour cell parts. We use the same exact parts as the orrigional manufacturer and our parts are rated for 10,000 hours same as theirs. We are very sorry and if this was brough to our attention at the time of failure we would have made every effort tocorrect the problem.
