Salute Card Visa Salute Card Payment Process Is A Total Ripoff Atlanta Georgia

My family members and myself have had credit problems in the past, so when we received invitations from Salute Cards for unsecured credit cards, we all applied. Well my family has 5 of Salutes cards all together and we were able to make the first payments on line in June and July, but since August no one has been able to log onto their website.

We tried mailing 2 of the payments 10 days before the due date and of course they didn'y post until three days after which entitled them to charge late fees. I have tried calling customer service (it really sucks), to no satisfaction. They tried telling me there must be something wrong with my computer, because their website was working fine. Well I know there's nothing wrong with my computer, but I asked my sister to try to log on from hers (different house, different internet service), still no Salute website.

We are canceling all 5 cards and would not recommend this company to anyone no matter how bad their credit is, they will only make your situation worse and cause more negativity on your credit report. I have never heard of a company that didn't want to be paid on time, so they could charge their customers late and overlimit fees. It appears as if they hold your payments until past your due date, just to charge these fees, this is really disgusting and hurtful to people who are trying to improve their credit.
