Salvage World Action.Com Global Insurance Auction My Dealer Auction Corporation I put a bit for a car $8,500 won the bit/Wire the moeny to them/ May 18,2015 still not have gotten my car or my money Miami Florida

i purchase the car on a web site Global Insurance Auctions. The car Elentra 2013 20,000 miles for $8,500 .  Won the bit and they instructed me to wire the money of the winning bit for $8,500.  I sent it from my Capital One Bank Account on 5-18 to My Dealer Auction Corp. tjey received my funds and  they told me it was posted to my online account  that they had me register to wire the money.  When I contact them because I had not receive my car.  They told methe car was not available and this is the car that I was going to get.  It was a different year and total damage loss car.  

I told them that this is not what I had bit and I wanted a refund .  They told me to follow the refund policy on line and do it there.  I did do that . No one contact me.  Now is November 21-2015 and still fighting with them , they sent me a form to fill out to get my money back within 90days , fill it out and sign it and sent it back to them.  Did not get anything back and had looked at my account and saw that they had purchase a car with my funds posted on my accunt but when I called then they block my account and the e-mails that I was sending .  Since then I have been fighting them trying to figure out who they were. 

Finally found them again and they had changed their name to Salvage World Acutions 1-800-610-6775 and I keep calling them and they are still giving me false information and they still have my $8,500 and they kept my money and no car.  They told me know to bit on another car I did just thinking that I can recoop my money, and i got it that I won the bit.  Now they are saying that the car I bit is not available.  This people need to be put to stop they keep ripping off innocent people that work hard for their money .. I am more than sure there is thousands of people getting ripped off.  Since they keep opening businesses with different names they are getting away with it.
