Sam Ash kept my Triton Keyboard for 3mos and returned it unrepaired New Haven Connecticut

I took my Triton Korg keyboard to Sam Ash to replace broken buttons. They told me 6 to 8 wks for repairs. After 8 wks I didnt recieve a call so I called the store and my keyboard was sitting in the store for only god knows how long. When i picked up my korg triton i was charged $450.00. When i got the keyboard home it looked fixed but half of the buttons didnt work. I took the key board back to the store its been there for 3 wks so far and when i call to check the status the repairs manager still cant tell me when or whats going on nor did they care in any way to make me feel better about the situation and when i told them I was writing a rip off report they said "OK".
