Samsung Diswasher, food poisening , mold South Carolina

I have a Samsung dishwasher.  It broke several times.  The last time it broke, I called Samsung and they gave me the run around for a month.  My husband and I had food poisening from this dishwasher.   I was violently ill and lost my voice for 2 days from vomiting so hard.  So Samsung, played games with me, by telling me they were going to set me up with service.  No one ever called and this went on for over 2 weeks.  I finally got the name of the company (service tech)that was going to come anD I called them.  After almost 3 weeks, they said they didn't service my area. I called samsung back and they told me someone would call me again.  So I got the information, which was Alph Appliance and I ended up scheduling 3 appointments with them.  They cancelled each appointment with me, because they claimed to be just too busy to come to my house.  So I called Home Depot and they set me up with A & E service, which came 3 times and changed several parts.  Then it still was broken.   So they decided to buy back the dishwasher.   Well, I have been sitting here a total of 3 months with this dishwasher that is still broken and smells like mold.  We have all Ben sick for the last 3 months,  I suspect because of the mold.   Samsung told me that I can not get rid of the moldy dishwasher until they process the return.  I feel as though they are holding me hostage With this dishwasher.   This is so upsetting and  I am afraid of the long term medical problems because of the old that I smell from this machine.  I want it out of my home and they will not do anything to expedite this or help me.
