After reading a report from Dave in Chula Vista, I registered to tell my story. my Hope has always been that someone(a "good" attorney) in San Diego might help me.

I had a 4 year on/off again relationship with a girl that wouldn't/couldn't kick her meth habit back in the 80's, "before the epidemic." Each time she got back on, I would leave, 9 promises in 4+ years. Early on she cheated on me with my brother. Next, I was in L.A., she in S.D., pregnant. I had Insurance so she moved to Gardena, CA. Baby girl born in June 81'. Back on drugs, sent her home to her parents. A few months later, we tried again. she moved back to Torrance, CA.Where we got an apartment.

While there for 6 to 8 months, she'd go back to S.D. to "visit" her parents. She'd always come back with a couple hundred dollars. Told me her parents were trying to help us out. Back on drugs, I left.

Turns out she was recieving child support/welfare from San Diego County for her and the baby. Her parents would get the checks and have a friend at the local bank cash them and split the money with their daughter. This is where my troubles really began.

Eventually, I moved back to San Diego, still not aware of the, County saction larceny. Got back togeather for one last try, even got married to try to have a family. A second child had been born, out of wedlock, paternity questionable. Back on meth, I left.

I paid rent, bills, had visits, Christmas and birthday presents, school supplies and clothing for the better part of 5 years. This stopped when she began a relatinship with a biker, that didn't work ate thre food I provied for the kids and spent the money I gave for the kids on themselves. For drugs and whatnot. Eventually they found religion, got clean and she became a pretty good parent. All the time claiming the kids weren't mine.

She had been collecting welfare and or child support the whole time, falsifying monthly reports wanting to know if she had conntact with the "father".

I lived and worked in San Diego County for 18 years. Only in 95', after deciding that if one or both the children might be mine, I requested a blood test. Both were mine. All through the end of 95' and 96', I attempted to make contact with my son and daughter. I had remarrried in 91', my wife 's children were moving out as they turned 18, so i hoped we could have my kids over on any weekend, to re-establish some sort of relationship.

The Child Support Nazis at San Diego had just begun their tactics.

That's when the bottom fell out of my life. I was being garnished, but the company that took the money, never paid it to the account. SDCS Nazis told me that though they served papers to allow the garnishment, it was up to me to get the money from that company. My attempts, got me demoted, so I quit.

My second wife began to contact my first, telling her that she was gonna help my first wife get her money. For which my first wife called me and tried to warn me, that she did'nt trust my second wife and that I should be careful.

On Dec' 8, 96', my second wife and I had a verbal arguement, documented by the Santee Sherrif's Dept. First and only call, no physical violence, or threats were claimed. I have the document. The Deputy suggested that one of us leave for the night as was policy at the time So I did. When I returned home, the next morning, I was handed a letter by my neighbor. A restrining order claiming "physical abuse" the day before and for the past 3 years. She lied to get the order.

42 days later, after requesting an ex-parte with the same family court judge that granted the retraining order. The judge told me to go to the clerks office and file an "order to show cause" and get it served and documented that day so he could "hall" her butt into court to account for the contradiction between the statement filed by the deputy on Dec' 8th and the request for restraining order she file on Dec' 9th, 96'. He felt he had evidence that would prove that she had lied to get the order against me.

In court after being told to account for the difference between the statements filed by her, within less than 24 hours of each other, she would not answer until threatened with contempt of court. She told the judge, the deputy had lied. the judge wanted to issue a supena to have the deputy appear, but she then claimed, 51 days after the 8th of Dec', that she had filed a battery case aginst me, with that dept.

The judge told me that the criminal case had precident and the civil case would have to wait til' after a result.

I went to the DA's office then and for the next two business days. They told me first, that they didn't have it, then they hadn't read it, then they hadn't decided yet if they'd file.

On Tuesday night, the 27th of January. I left the home I was staying in for a total of 15 minutes, went to Target in El Cajon. Where I happened to see my astranged wife, stepson, and stepgrandson. We spoke less than 30 seconds. She told the managment at target that she had the RO and used their phone to call the police. The judge, the previous Friday had made the order "mutual".

She told the police I had been following her for 2 1/2 hours all the while afraid for her life and less than 1/2 block from that same police station, the whole time. I had an adult witness that would testify that I had been home with her for over 2 hours previous to going to Target. The El Cajon Police came by the house after i'd left the store. I had called 911 to report the incident. The watch sargent requested that the unit bring me in for questioning even after the officers relayed that it seemed to be an inadvertant meeting.

I agreed to go and was questioned, not read my rights, arrested and charged with "felony" Stalking with inhancements. 7 months in jail. Not one Public defender out of 3 that were assigned to the case even tried to investigate my side of the story, one even checked with the deputy DA assigned to my case, what their "T" time was that afternoon while I was in court at the defendant's table. I eventually gave up and pleaded, sentenced to 2 years in state prison. Released in April 98', interstate compacted my probation to Oregon, for three years. Remarried in 2001, and no problems with the law since. 10+years.

Keep this in mind. OJ simpson had just got off. The same Sheriff's Dept. that took all the reports from the beginning was investigated and a lady deputy was prosecuted for embelishig domestic violence reports. A Proffesor at San Diego State University was arrested in the parking lot of a grade school, with binoculars, rope, duct tape and other scary parafenailia, stalking his ex and her grade school husband or boyfriend and he got of with probation because some past students in politcs , local government and business wrote letters on his behalf.

I have been paying on my "delinqent" child support bill for years as best as I can. The false "felony" on my record has cost me at least 4 great paying careers. I had an injury at work a year and a half ago, filed a worker's comp. claim and the San Deigo Child Support Nazis have put a "ding" on my credit for $156,000. The original amount was 74,000. I've paid it down to 64,000. They get my Federal tax returns each year and garnisments. In light of an injury settlement "potenially", they want half of it, up to $156,000.

It never ends, God help us all!!!
