San Diego PC Help They used the Slippery Slope scam onme San Diego, California

First I want to say these people are SCAMS.
I took my laptop here ( worth $1100)
I took it it because the screen wasn't going on
so I saw the yelp reviews and went here

1st
the diagnostic IS NOT FREE, it is actually $ 85 but it is "free" if you
repair with them. Remember this tactic this is how they run their scam.

2nd
they called me a week later saying it could either be the reflow(WTF?)
or the video card. If it was just the reflow it would cost be $200 but
if it was the video card it would be $300, however if the reflow didn't
work it would be $150 so try t first. Okay I tried the reflow and it
wasn't sucsessful, so I now owe $150 for a broken computer or pay the
$150  to get the video card. IT sucked but I told them to go ahead with
the video card.

3rd 5 weeks later! They call and say we did it, oh by the way the screen doesn't work!

WAS SO PISSED CAUSE I NOW OWE 300 FOR A COMPUTER THAT DOESN'T WORK IN
WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD ME I NEED TO FIX THE SCREEN TOO. If they had told
me it may be $450 from the get go I would have went somewhere else. So I
try to get in touch with the manager, but I guess "the manager is out
of the country" ironic I know, so who do I get in touch with, the
technican who is trying to charge me.

4th So i get in a big
argument with the technicain and he says how is he supposed to know. if
he didn't take out the video card... CAUSE ITS YOUR JOB TO KNOW, YOUR
RAN THE DIAGNOSTICS. Thats like taking your car to auto mechanic, them
telling you it is the head gasket and will be $1000, them calling you
back and saying its done but your car still doesn't run unless you pay
another $1000 for transmision.

5th I ended saying ya, what else
was I supposed to do, to their ONLY benefit they say they aren't
charging me the labor involved for the screen and I settled my beef with
the guy ( although I never yelled at him cause im not an angry person
;-p) I would DEFINELTY STAY AWAY! These Post are fake, check my record I
do not work for any other company E-mail if you have any questions.
