This company is a joke. They perform illegal actions according to senate bill 94 in the state of California. They are not allowed to collect any fees until they approve you for a loan modification with your lender. I was asked up front for the fees even though I was told I wouldn't have to pay until the MODIFICATION was complete. Communication with these people was lax at best. My lender stated they never received documents from Sanctuary, then Sanctuary would turn around and blame me for not sending them to the lender. Wait..isn't that what I was paying Sanctuary to do? Also, Sanctuary told me to have NO contact with my lender...to only go through them. They are liars and thieves and they break the law. Run....quickly...

You are definitely not alone. These folks tried to play me on here. Judi knew exactly what I had experienced with their company--I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with her personally, going through every detail. I have her on tape admitting that they made these mistakes, and yet she came in here and posted a rebuttal to my complaint that was nothing but dishonest. Its a real shame that people like this prey on those who are already in a difficult place.
