I booked a trail ride for my family with Sandi Johnson. She required a deposit to hold the reservation. No problem, I gave her my Amex info . A few hours later I had called her back to let her know that I would have to cancel our ride due to a familay emergency. Sandi then advised me that her policy stats that she can the deposit if I cancel, no matter if it was canceled the same day! This women was rude and beligerant. Do your self a favor and dont waste your money on this sleezy outfit. I later took the kids to (((competitor's name redacted))) and welcomed their professionalism and courtesy.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. You are an absolute liar! I never take deposits on trail rides!!! How could I? It rains at the drop of a hat here in Florida, so we NEVER do deposits on trail rides up front. I hope you did go to Desert Rose Ranch and had lots of fun riding around in the pasture! My competitor, Pam, has lots of fun taking people's money when she knows her horses are too nuts to actually go out on a real trail ride. You are a ridiculous person, and you are obviously writing this on Pam's behalf. Nothing I do with my horses costs $250.00, so your price is obviously a made-up one also. You people are going to be found out, and guess who will have the last laugh! How about giving some worthwhile details, like when this supposedly occurred--you are a liar, and I WILL FIND YOU OUT.
