Sanjel Corporation Breach of Contract, Racial Discrimination and Retaliation Calgary Alberta

This is the story of an African Canadian man living in Calgary. This quiet man worked in the IT field with more than 15 years of experience and didn’t have to prove himself anymore in his field, but was also well respected by his previous employers who never hesitated to stay in touch or provide reference when asked.

On a recent position, while working for Sanjel Corporation and just a few weeks before Christmas time when everyone was getting ready to celebrate the holidays or travel to warm climates, an event took place that would change his life. This man who has been under the guns of Constant Harassment and Bullying from his managers at Sanjel Corporation was at the end of his roll and patient. He reached his limit when he couldn’t take the Bullying and Harassment anymore, and he denounced these acts and filed and internal complaint.

This complaint was handled by Sanjel Corporation in similar disrespectful ways, while the intimidations continued. The Human Resource department instead of investigating was more active at convincing him to drop the complaints. They continued intimidating this man until they realized that he was resolved in seeing through with his complaint. As a result of their inaction, and when they notice that he was about to take his complaint to the Human Right Commission, they fired him on the spot without a reason.

They know this man as a quiet guy and didn’t imagine he would launch one of the most aggressive Lawsuits they’ve seen.

This man also started two (2) Human Rights Complaints with the Alberta Human Rights Commission, under the following subjects:

- Retaliation.

- Racism.

The man on the other hand didn’t realize that he’s not only dealing with one of the most racist firm in Calgary but also one of the most resolute at using any mean necessary to wipe out these lawsuits mostly when the evidence is damming.

Since these Lawsuit started Sanjel Corporation has changed Lawyers twice, not to mention that they have used known tricks to slow down the judicial process. Sanjel Corporation has also continued many convert acts of intimidations, many of which cannot be mentioned here to protect the case.  Some of these acts, as listed bellow, sole purpose are to intimidate and scare among other reasons;

- The break and Enter to his house where important documents and passwords were stolen.

- The hacking and tempering of his emails.

- Two other events of criminal nature that can’t be disclosed at this point.

- Etc…

This is information is meant to inform the public, and hopefully protect innocent honest people who might want to do business with Sanjel Corporation.

As for the lawsuits against Sanjel Corporation, all mediation has recently failed and the man is just working on having a Trial Date set in the coming week.
