SANTA LUCIA SECURITY S.A ripoff EL-GORDO SWEEPTAKE LOTTERY PROGRAM Rome Italy

On 03/12/2004, I had received a letter from Santa Lucia Security Company S.A and it inform that I had won the EL-GORDO SWEEPTAKE LOTTERY PROGRAM with the prize $615,810.00 USD.

My wife almost believed it and shown little excitement, but I was 100% against this after inspection and thought, because I didn't buy any ticket! and there's no free lunch! And I found few things that are very suspicious:
1) this company sounds like a big company, but the paper quality of the letter is not top quality, and it's printed by ink jet!! (edge of fonts is not sharp).

2) the deadline of claiming the money is only 2 weeks away, which does not make sense.

3) the most illogical point is that IF YOU WANT TO DEPOSITE THE AWARD MONEY TO MY BANK, WHY THE HELL DO YOU WANT TO PAY 10% (WHICH IS USD$61,581) TO A SECURITY COMPANY TO DO THIS!! isn't 10% too much for administration fee?!?!
