We paid them a fee ($400) for incorporating our company, and found out after 2 1/2 months that the papers had never been filed. They would keep telling us that it takes a long time for the papers to process through the Secretary of States Office.
When we did it ourselves, at the Secretary of States office in LA, it took only a few hours. S of S office told us that there was NO filing for our company.
We asked for our money back, and never got a response. We reported them to the BBB, and they were totally useless.
City Attorney of Santa Monica is aware of this individual/company. Don't know if they have ever taken any action, but has talked to us twice.
